As a participant of TEEN IDOL you are required to abide by the following conditions.

You must be aged between 11 and 17 years of age (and not be 18 by November 2008.)
Failing to provide proof of age will result in no access into the audition process.

You MUST abide by the rules and regulations of this competition.

Terms and conditions of this competition as revised from time to time by the producers & you will accept the producers decision as final, recognizing the interests of this comp shall over-ride those of any auditioned.

It is deemed that the participant NOT be managed or have any current contracts with any agency or any representative in the music/recording industry.

It is the responsibility of the performer to notify the producers immediately if this occurs.

The producers have NO obligation to record and/or broadcast your appearance or any part of your audition process.

It is a condition that you have NOT previously entered into any commercial, contractual, sponsorship or other agreement or arrangement with any person, firm or company in respect of your name, image or biography. However if you have entered into such an agreement/arrangement you must immediately notify the producers at the audition and the producer may take such action as it considers in its absolute discretion to be appropriate including without limitation disqualifying you from the audition process.

You acknowledge that in reliance on consent given by you, the producers may incur significant outlays and as an Incentive for the producer to photograph, video, film and/ or record you and edit, adapt, alter, omit and otherwise use the resulting material (which includes, without limitations any personal information as defined in the Privacy Act 1988(CTH), in any and all media now known or hereafter devised, worldwide, or in conjunction with the production.

Broadcast, marketing, promotion, publicity and exploitation of the competition, in perpetually without restriction. The producers will own all rights, titles and interest in any materials and the results and proceeds of the materials (in) perpetually.

A payment of $30.00 is required at the time of the audition and will be receipted.
$5.00 of every audition fee will be donated to Very Special Kids.
